Unlinking Patients in the diem® premium care app Program

If a patient no longer wishes to have their account linked to another patient, you can unlink the patient account. Unlinking the patient will result in all of the patient’s prescriptions to be removed from the app as well.

To unlink patient accounts:

  1. Search for and select the desired patient.
  2. Select the Preferences tab.
  3. Highlight the patient you wish to unlink and select the Remove button. The following validation prompt will appear.

  1. Select the Yes button.
